Privacy Policy

I store and work on submitted manuscripts on a local, password-protected machine. I share them only with the author and with whomever they designate in writing as permitted to have access.
Unless specifically requested to store it, I delete my copies of manuscripts and notes from my computer no later than 30 days after completion of the project. I may store hard copies for a period of 12 months, but will destroy those prior to that time upon written request. I store electronic materials, if requested, on removeable devices such as flash drives.

I do not share authors' contact information, or any personal information I may become privy to, with any third parties.
